Nutella cookie balls ready for baking

You know those times when you’re chillin’ on the couch catching up on your TV shows after a long day, just minding your business, and out of nowhere a strong craving for something sweet consumes you?! You don’t feel like leaving the house and you also aren’t patient enough to wait for delivery (or in the mood to pay those extra charges for something that barely costs $5). Well, today’s your lucky day. Here’s the cure for that lazy, late-night sweet tooth!

1/2 cup (60g) + 1 tbsp all purpose flour

1 extra large egg

1 cup (240g) Nutella

1 tsp baking powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (176C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl until all flour lumps and eggs streaks are gone.

  3. Form twelve 1.5 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on your prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for about 10 minutes.

  5. Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, remove and enjoy immediately.
